The listing most customers see before your website.
Set up correctly, matched to your site, and kept current — on your account, under your control.
The unglamorous list that actually matters.
Categories and services
The primary category decides which searches you can appear in at all. It is the single most commonly wrong setting on trade listings.
Name, address and phone, matched everywhere
The listing, the website and the directories all have to agree. Where they disagree, Google trusts none of them.
Service areas that reflect reality
Claiming the whole state helps nobody. The areas you genuinely serve, listed properly, do more.
Photographs of your own work
Real jobs, correctly labelled, added regularly. Not stock photography of somebody else’s roof.
A review habit you can keep
A simple, repeatable way to ask every finished customer for a review — and to answer the ones you get.
Questions people actually ask.
Who owns the profile?
You do. It stays on your Google account with Absolve added as a manager. You can remove that access in one click, any time, and the profile is unaffected.
I already have a listing. Is that a problem?
No, that is the normal case. It gets audited, corrected and completed rather than replaced. Duplicate listings, if there are any, get sorted out first — they quietly compete with each other.
Can you get me more reviews?
Reviews can be asked for, systematically and politely, from customers you have actually served. They cannot be bought, invented or incentivised, and anyone offering that is putting your listing at risk.
Talk it through on a call.
Fifteen minutes, no charge, no pressure. You will get a straight answer, including when the answer is that you do not need me.
