Agreement

These terms govern your use of absolve.pro, operated by Absolve Ventures LLC, trading as Absolve Marketing (“Absolve”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to them.

Services

Absolve provides website design, search and answer-engine optimisation, Google Business Profile work, and content services for home-service and trade businesses. Advertising management is available as an add-on. Deliverables, fees and timelines for client work are set out in a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Nothing on this website is an offer or a quotation.

Advertising spend

Where advertising forms part of an engagement, the advertising spend is separate from any Absolve fee and is paid by the client directly to the platform through the client’s own account and payment method. Absolve never holds client funds or credentials.

Ownership

Clients own their website, domain, content and data. Where an engagement includes advertising, the client also owns the business manager, ad account, page and pixel. Absolve works with partner or manager access, which the client may revoke at any time.

No guarantees

Results vary by market, budget and offer. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of any particular ranking, result or outcome, and no such guarantee is offered.

Intellectual property

The copy, design and imagery on this website belong to Absolve Ventures LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Client names and logos shown in the work section are used with permission and remain the property of their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolve is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to client services is governed by the applicable written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of McLennan County, Texas.
